I made this!
1 c lime juice
1 c simple syrup (1:1 ratio - see How do I make... section)
2 c water
Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir together and refrigerate before serving
Yields approximately 1 qt
Use 282 g coffee to 10 c water for a growler full (2.5 x the recipe) - will need larger container to let grounds soak in
Coarsest grind (8 on hand ground grinder)
We shortcut the simple syrup by whisking two oz powdered sugar into four oz water until dissolved
Muddled mint with the cherries in lieu of steeping mint with the simple syrup
