Rinsed rice several times until water was nearly clear
20 mins in the IP and 15 mins natural release - rice was fluffy and not sticky

1 c rice to 1 c water for 17 mins, natural release
Can be doubled 2:2 for 17 mins, natural release
Keep cooking time the same for double or even half the recipe
Doubled Recipe (32oz potatoes), worked great.
Mix of potatoes works awesome (Russet, Baby, Golden)
Add 1/4cup Myokos (~40grams)
1 cup of Umami Broth (1/2 tablespoon of Umami Bullion)
5 cloves of garlic with potatoes, left whole and mashed in
Salt and Pepper to taste
Didn't bother with any plant milk, didn't need it.
